The two hardest times to find energy are when you need to go to the gym or when you wake up in the morning. We all find it difficult to muster up that energy. The good news is that there is a solution! Pure Energy is a solution to both problems. No more struggling to wake up in the mornings, no more sluggish forced workouts. Loaded with both ‘real’ energy and ‘fake’ or stimulant energy, you get the best of both worlds.
We put beta-alanine and your standard caffeine to give you a quick swift kick of energy. The type of energy to have you jump out of bed in the morning or run into the gym to get started. This is the foundation of our pre-workout, immediate energy.
Arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate was added for two reasons. The first is the vascularity, it increases nitric oxide production helping to make your veins pop. Arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate has also been shown to reduce blood lactate which helps reduce muscle fatigue, imporoving endurance so you can lift even harder!
Finally, we added some important B vitamins to facilitate long term energy. We call this ‘real’ energy. These are the main nutrients that facilitate the body producing ATP. ATP is short for Adenisine Tri-Phosphate, but to keep things simple ATP is the actual usable form of energy in the body. It requires B vitamins for the body to make this process happen.
