Triphala is a classical formulation comprised of three Indian superfruits: Haritaki, Amalaki & Bibhitaki. Triphala aids in digestion & assimilation of nutrients while establishing regular elimination & tonification of the colon. It supports the immune system, through its high dose of vitamin C. This formulation is simultaneously detoxifying & nourishing, making it ideal for daily use.

Known in Tibetan Medicine to increase awareness, creativity & wisdom. Haritaki acts as a gentle laxative & bowel tonic while it also builds & restores the tissues of the body, particularly the colon, lungs, liver & spleen.
Amalaki relieves inflammation in the stomach & colon. It also builds & rejuvenates red blood cell count, detoxifies the liver & mouth & replenishes the gums, bones, hair & nails. With 3,000 mg of vitamin C per fruit, amalaki is an excellent herb to incorporate into your self-care.
